Contact a company that has a permit to handle end-of-life vehicles.
The list of such companies is available on the websites of the following associations:
Conclude with the company a document proving the transfer of the vehicle (for example, a purchase-sale contract, etc.).
It is important for the vehicle, which is given away for disposal, to have the owner declaration code (SDK) because without this code it will not be possible to deregister the vehicle.
When the transaction takes place, the waste manager becomes the new owner of the vehicle and both parties need to declare the change of ownership to "Regitra". The waste manager must do so within 5 days of the transaction, and the person who has given the vehicle for destruction must do so within 5 days of the data provided by the waste manager.
Contact "Regitra" and submit the destruction declaration.
The declaration shall be done in the following order:

2. Then the person, having given away the vehicle for destruction, shall confirm the documents submitted.

After both parties have performed the above actions (after the waste manager has submitted and the person having given the vehicle away for destruction has confirmed the data), the new owner (waste manager) will be assigned a new SDK and he will become the declared owner of the vehicle. The SDK of the former owner is annulled.
After the waste manager has destroyed the vehicle, "Regitra" has to be contacted within 5 working days and the declaration of destruction has to be submitted.

Upon submission of the declaration of destruction, the SDK, that has been assigned to the waste manager, is annulled and the vehicle is automatically deregistered.
